FAQ's

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

How will my package arrive? TOP

Your package will arrive via USPS and will be beautifully packaged.

Do you take custom orders? TOP

We would be pleased to discuss with you any custom work.  A deposit is required for custom orders.

Can I order more than one item? TOP

Unless the quantity available is more than one, then, no, you cannot order more than one item.  Our designs are "one-of-a-kind" pieces.  It's sometimes possible, however, to create similar pieces depending on what items we have in stock.  Please contact us if you have any questions.  We aim to please and you never know, we may come across similar beads another time.

What size are your bracelets? TOP

Our bracelets measure 7" (this is the average person's wrist size), minus the toggle.  So if your wrist measures at around 7", then our pieces will fit perfectly.  If not, then we would be happy to re-string your piece at no extra charge.  We would ask that you measure with a tape measure the circumference of your wrist.  We then make your piece to fit that measurement then add the clasp.  This way your piece will not be too tight or too loose.

How do I care for my lampwork jewelry? TOP

The lampwork beads incorporated into our products are made out of glass.  We purchase our beads from reputable artists that kiln anneal their beads in order to make them very sturdy.  They can take some abuse, but it's not wise to have them banging up against other jewelry or hard surfaces.  Our pieces also contain Thai, Bali and Sterling Silver which cannot handle chlorine or salt water.  So no wearing your pieces in the pool or in the ocean ladies!  With that said, you should be able to polish up the silver with just a silver polishing cloth when needed.  Silver does oxidize when left out in the air so keep your pieces in a jewelry box that has a cover when you are not wearing them.  This will keep your pieces looking shiny and new.

Why is there a price range for similar looking items? TOP

We purchase our beads from many different artists and their prices vary depending on the glass they use, colors and detail in making them.  If something is really unique or difficult to get, the price usually is more.  The price also depends on how much sterling silver and other beads are used and the time it takes to complete a design.
